Our outdoor DJ booth can also provide a variety of event effects, including lighting and a smoke machine. As a mobile DJ that can perform pretty much anywhere, whether it’s in a field or in the grounds of big venue, your guests will still need to see! 1. How long does it take to set up?

We need about 10 minutes to ensure everything is properly set up and ready to go.

2. How far in advance should we book?

Some busier times of the year may see bookings as far as a year in advance, while others are last-minute. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.

3. Can we book the Mobile DJ Van or Trailer with our own DJ?

Yes, you can hire our DJ Van or Trailer and bring your own DJ or artist to perform.

4. I am a DJ. Can I hire the Van or Trailer for my gigs?

Absolutely! Both the Van and Trailer are available for hire for your performances.

5. We’re planning a trip or an out-of-city event. Can we book the Van or Trailer for multiple days?

Yes, you can book our units for up to 5 days. Please contact our team to assist with longer bookings.

6. Is the signage removable, or can we add our own branding and logos?

Yes, some signage is changeable. You can work with our marketing and design team to explore branding packages and options.

7. We’re having a party in a park—do we need a permit to use the Mobile DJ services?

Yes, even if you’ve reserved the park, you’ll need council approval to play music and notify them that a Mobile DJ setup will be present.

8. Can you provide a Traffic Control Plan (TCP) for our outdoor event or festival?

Yes, we can assist with creating a TCP and obtaining necessary approvals as quickly as possible.

9. What if we book and the weather is bad? Can we cancel or reschedule?

We can operate in light rain but not in heavy downpours. You can reschedule up to 45 days in advance. However, cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
