Terms & Conditions *

1-To confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 for DJ services will be required . 2-In case of possible cancellation from the client, the DJ will keep the deposit as damages. (for any reason) 3- If the event was cancelled due to Covid-19 restriction by the NSW government, there will be no refunding, rather you will be given credit value for 6 months effective from the date of such restriction are in place. 4-If for any reason (Power outage, guest not showing up, etc...) the event was cancelled, the DJ must be paid in full. 5-The payment must be made in full one day before the date of the event. Otherwise, the Dj won't show up. 6-Client is responsible for any damage to the DJ equipment at the designated location. (e.g. Spilled beverages, short-circuits as a result of electric fluctuations, etc...) 7-Travel for your event, season and the popularity of your date and time of year will affect on the average costs of DJ. (Specially occasions like Christmas Night - New year's eve -Norooz and Yalda night) 8-Client will be responsible for a parking space for DJ’s vehicle and pay all the costs thereof. 9-No requested songs will be accepted at the event. If you have any specific suggestions, you need to inform the DJ at least 2 weeks in advance. I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions made in this contract and I am fully aware of legal consequences arisen by infringing any of the above clauses.
