1-To confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 for DJ services will be required . 2-In case of possible cancellation from the client (for any reason) Sydney Events Group will keep the deposit as damages. 3- If the event was cancelled due to Covid-19 restriction by the NSW government, there will be no refunding, rather you will be given credit value for 6 months effective from the date of such restriction are in place. However you need to confirm availability before you choose your new date. 4- You may change the date of your event two-month notice. Otherwise, you need to pay the deposit for the new date again. However, you need to confirm availability before you choose your new date. 5-If for any reason (Power outage, guest not showing up, etc...) the event was cancelled, the DJ must be paid in full. 6-The payment must be made in full one day before the date of the event. 7-Client is responsible for any damage to the DJ equipment at the designated location. (e.g. Spilled beverages by guests, short-circuits as a result of electric fluctuations, etc...) 8-Client will be responsible for a parking space for DJ’s vehicle and pay all the costs thereof. 9-The Dj must be placed next to the dance floor, and it is your responsibility to arrange for the Dj spot next to the dance floor. The Dj cannot be anywhere at the end of the venue or behind the guest tables even if the venue has a dj booth itself over there. The Dj can refuse to set up if he is not located at the right spot. 10-No requested songs will be accepted for special or public events (e.g. Concerts, Clubs, Festivals, Nowruz Events, Chaharhanbe Suri, Sizdah bedar, Yalda Event, Christmas Parties, etc) and the DJ shall have full autonomy over music selection. If you have any specific suggestions, you need to inform the DJ at least 10 days in advance. 11-All Dj setups and booths come with Dj name or Logo according to the policy. If you wish to not include the Dj sign, you need to let Sydney Events Group know before submitting the contract.
