Hours of the service is maximum 5 hours in each package and any additional hour shall be calculated as $100 - $150 per hour depending on the requested package and situation. Any additional hours outside of the agreed-upon terms of the contract must be paid in full at the end of the event at the aforementioned rate.

Packages are not included travel and setup/pack up fees. Delivery, Set up and Collection fees will begin at $100 and will increase based upon the following: Amount of equipment/Driving distance/Delivery and pick-up times.

Terms & Conditions

1-To confirm the booking, A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for DJ services 2-In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained by Sydney Events Group as compensation. (for any reason) 3- If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the NSW government, the client will be issued a credit of equal value, valid for 6 months from the date of restriction. Availability must be confirmed before rescheduling. 4- The event date may be changed with a three-month notice. If less notice is given, a new deposit will be required for the new date, subject to availability. 5-If the event is cancelled for any reason (e.g., power outage, guests not showing up), the DJ must be paid in full. 6-Full payment must be made one day prior to the event.. 7-Client is responsible for any damage to the DJ equipment at the designated location. (e.g. Spilled beverages by guests, short-circuits as a result of electric fluctuations, etc...) 8- The client will provide and cover the cost of parking for the DJ's vehicle. 9-The Dj must be placed next to the dance floor, and it is your responsibility to arrange for the Dj spot next to the dance floor. The Dj cannot be anywhere at the end of the venue or behind the guest tables even if the venue has a dj booth itself over there. The Dj can refuse to set up if he is not located at the right spot. 10-If you have any specific music suggestions, you need to inform Sydney Events Group at least 10 days in advance. No song requests will be accepted at the event. Additional charges may apply for song lists exceeding 15 tracks or for last-minute requests. 11-All DJ setups and booths come with the company/DJ name or logo. If you prefer not to include this, please inform Sydney Events Group before signing the contract. 12-The client is responsible for providing a meal for the DJ at the reception. If a meal is not provided, an additional charge of $49 and a 30-minute break will be applied.
